公領域由於有宴客招待的需求，設計上瓦解了原先梁柱與天花的限制，呈現一個廣闊的平層空間，使結構上產生大器的美感。細看天花會發現許多往上提升的導弧設計，產生高低錯落的時尚造型。而由於賓客的類型不盡相同，外廚區、餐廳圓桌區、客廳大沙發區、lounge area，各區域各自有著接待賓客的功能，讓不同的客戶在不同的區域對話談天。
